- SELTIN Tablet-375 is a semi synthetic double ester that combines ampicillin with the beta-lactamase inhibitor sulbectam.
- Hydrolyzed in the gastrointestinal tract after oral administration to releaseequimolar quantities of ampicillin & sulbactam.
- To be effective against a wid erange of gram-positive & gram-negative bacteria.
- The combination of sulbactam with the beta-lactam antibiotic ampicillin restores the bactericidal of ampicillin.
